VASE^® Ellipsometer Options

	5mL Vertical Liquid Cell A cell with optical windows for measurements at 75° through a liquid ambient. It allows study of liquid/solid interface. Liquid volume is approximately 5ml.
37mL Vertical EC Cell A general purpose liquid cell for convenient electrochemical work. Cell has optical windows for measurements at 70° through a liquid ambient. Liquid volume is approximately 37ml to cover windows.
	Heat Stage Controls the temperature of your sample from room temperature to 300º C. Compatible with the vertical ellipsometer base.
Focusing Probes Decreases the light beam to 200 microns in diameter. Focusing optics limit spectral range from 400 to 1100nm but are detachable for normal spot size measurements over full spectral range.
	Mapping Stage Manual or Automated 150x150mm XY (automated pictured).

	Mapping Stage Manual or Automated 50x50mm XY (automated pictured).
Flip Down Sample Holder Allows the sample to be loaded horizontally.
	Cryostat Allows measurements at variable sample temperatures (4.2 to 700 Kelvin).

Alt Focusing Lenses (200 & 400µm diameter) Alt Focusing Lenses use longer focal length (shorter tubes) to allow Transmission measurements with standard sample stage and/or 50mm XY translator. Will not clear the 150mm XY mapping stage. Shown with 50mm Auto XY mapping.

	270uL Vertical Liquid Cell A cell with optical windows for measurements at 70° through a liquid ambient. It allows study of liquid/solid interface. Liquid volume is approximately 270uLl.
