VASE® Options

Simple Liquid Cell
A cell with optical windows for measurements at 75° through a liquid ambient. It allows study of liquid/solid interface. Liquid volume is approximately 5ml.

Electrochemical Cell
A general purpose liquid cell for convenient electrochemical work. Cell has optical windows for measurements at 70° through a liquid ambient. Liquid volume is approximately 37ml to cover windows.

Heat Stage for VASE ellipsometer
 Heat Stage
Controls the temperature of your sample from room temperature to 300º C. Compatible with the vertical ellipsometer base.

Focusing Probes
Decreases the light beam to 200 microns in diameter.  Focusing optics limit spectral range from 400 to 1100nm but are detachable for normal spot size measurements over full spectral range.
